1. Who we are

sslsnitch.com is operated by Cryodev AB, a company registered in Sweden ("we", "us").

2. The service

sslsnitch.com provides a searchable database of TLS certificates observed on the public Internet together with the IP addresses, ports and times at which they were observed. Access to search functionality requires an account and a valid access pass.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Access passes and payment

Access passes are prepaid and valid for the duration shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Passes are non-transferable. Because access is granted immediately, passes are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to attack, harass or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the database in bulk.
• Do not share your account or circumvent rate limits.

6. Data accuracy

The data reflects what hosts presented at the time of scanning. We make no guarantee that it is complete, current or accurate. The service is provided "as is".

7. Availability and loss

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable at any time, for example because of maintenance, outages, attacks, actions of third-party providers, or if we suspend, change or discontinue the service in whole or in part.

To the extent permitted by law, Cryodev AB cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from loss of access to the service, however caused. This includes downtime, the site or the service being discontinued, loss of or inability to access your account, loss of an access pass or its remaining validity period, loss of search results, exports, saved data or any other content, and any loss of business, revenue, profits or data that follows from such loss of access. No refund or credit is owed for periods during which the service is unavailable, except where required by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cryodev AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the site before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden.
